Mineral Insulated RTD’s

Mineral Insulated RTD'S:

Mineral-Insulated RTD or Resistance Thermometers tend to be constructed using the resistors that are Platinum-measuring including Pt100Ω to DIN IEC 751.These measuring resistors would be well-connected with the inside conductors, and tend to be embedded as well; also bounded by a metal sheath for forming an assembly that is somewhat of a hermetically-sealed type.

The Mineral-Insulated RTD, which is also known as Resistance-Temperature-Detectors (RTDs), are temperature sensing tools that use a mineral-insulated cable for electrical continuity and to protect the sensing element from corrosive and hazardous atmospheres. Mineral-Insulated RTD is a type of temperature-sensing device used in industrial applications and other settings where extreme temperatures are encountered. These devices are robust and reliable, providing accurate and reliable readings in harsh conditions.

Mineral-Insulated RTD by Heatcon Sensors

Mineral-Insulated RTD by Heatcon Sensors has been designed to measure temperatures in various applications such as at high temperatures in petrochemical, automotive, and aerospace industries. Mineral-Insulated RTDs are known for their accuracy and reliability, so they can be used in many difficult and critical situations. They are insulated with a mineral-based material which ensures that the temperature signals are transmitted correctly from the sensing element and are not affected by external factors. This makes them ideal for measuring temperatures in hazardous environments and for long-term monitoring. Additionally, these RTDs can be used for a wide range of temperatures and are available in different styles and sizes. Heatcon Sensors’ Mineral-Insulated RTDs are designed to ensure accurate and reliable temperature measurement, making them ideal for a variety of industrial applications.

Superior Quality Products Are the Hallmark of Heatcon

Heatcon Sensors manufactures and supplies superior quality Mineral-Insulated RTDs for use in industries such as aerospace, automotive and petrochemical. They come with a miniature size and are equipped with small inert crystals which ensure excellent thermal shock resistance. They have a low thermal mass and have low self-heating characteristics, thus making them suitable for high speed measurements. Mineral-Insulated RTDs are also highly accurate over a wide temperature range, making them ideal for use in applications where precise temperature control is necessary.

The Mineral-Insulated RTD from Heatcon Sensors is available in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet the needs of any application. Mineral-Insulated RTD by Heatcon Sensors is a highly reliable and accurate temperature sensing device. It is constructed from a metal sheath that is filled with inorganic magnesium oxide powder. This provides an excellent thermal conductor allowing for very fast response times and great accuracy of the measured value.

It is capable of measuring temperatures from -200°C to +800°C. This type of RTD is often found in industrial applications due to its robust immunity to electromagnetic interference and its high accuracy. Additionally, the metal sheath of a Mineral-Insulated RTD offers superior protection against any kind of corrosive elements, making it a perfect choice for harsh environments. It is a reliable, cost-effective solution for temperature measurement.
